Wound Cartridges

Wide range of fibers selections and micron ratings make these cartridges an economical choice for filtration of all types of chemicals, water, vegetable and petroleum oils, solvents.

Resin Bonded Fiber Filters

Unique two-stage design for maximum retention & life in viscous fluid applications including paints and coatings, adhesives and other viscous fluids.

Pleated Media Filters

Excellent filtration efficiency, choice of materials and micron ratings make this filter an excellent choice. Extended surface area provides longer filtration life in many applications. Wide range of media and micron ratings for to meet demanding chemical compatibility and filtration efficiency.

Melt Blown Depth Filters – absolute rated

High dirt-holding capacity and absolute-rated filtration efficiency offering higher dirt-holding capacities, and long service life without contaminant migration.

Melt Blown Depth Filters

True depth filter cartridges retain a wide range of different sized particles throughout an entire cross section of the filter. A unique one-step manufacturing process continuously extrudes and thermally bonds pure polypropylene microfibers into a complex, high capacity filter matrix.

Precise control maximizes the positive filtration characteristics of graded density, tight micron cutoffs for high efficiency, and maximum void area for high dirt-holding capacity.

Microfiberglass

Microfiberglass liquid filters deliver reliable and cost-effective removal of particulate and microorganisms from pharmaceutical liquids. The glass micro-fiber filtration media offers maximum throughput and flow rates for economical clarification.

Metal Fiber and Metal Wire Mesh Filters

High efficiency metal fiber filter cartridges in pleated and cylindrical designs provide the optimum filtration solution for fluids and gases in high temperature and high flow applications. Available metals include carbon steel, 304 & 316 stainless steel and other alloys.

Ultra High Flow Filter Elements

Nominal Efficiency Large diameter pleated filter cartridges are a cost effective alternative to wound and other 2½ in. OD style filter cartridges. Large Diameter Pleated Filter Cartridges provide increased contaminant holding capacity for high-flow process applications.

Ultra High Flow Filter Elements – Absolute Rated

High Efficiency High Flow pleated filters with inside out flow design combines the best filtration technologies for high-flow applications with polypropylene and micro-fiberglass media options in absolute (99.98%) ratings from 0.8 to 90 micron. Inside / Out flow design keeps contamination trapped within the filter.

Lenticular Filters

Lenticular filters utilize proven depth filter media sheets in a stacked modular design. The design gives the benefits of sheet filtration, but in an enclosed, sterile housing that eliminates contamination. Numerous media styles to fit a wide range of applications. Modules can be added to increase capacity and flow rates. Common applications for lenticular filters include beers, wines, spirits, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical. Modules can also contain filtration aids such as Diatomaceous earth (DE) or Carbon.
